Cancellation & Refund Policy

LLEYS EVENT’S PLANNER

This policy explains cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling for our event planning services.


1. Client Cancellations

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

  • Any payments made beyond the deposit may be refundable only if services have not yet been rendered.


2. Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on:

  • The amount of work already completed

  • Vendor payments already made

  • Time remaining before the event date

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.


3. Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.

  • Additional fees may apply.

  • Deposits may be transferred to a new date at our discretion.


4. Vendor Payments

Any payments made to third-party vendors on behalf of the client are subject to the vendor’s refund and cancellation policies.


5. Planner Cancellation

In the unlikely event LLEYS EVENT’S PLANNER must cancel services, all payments made for unrendered services will be refunded.


6. Force Majeure

LLEYS EVENT’S PLANNER is not responsible for cancellations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies.

By booking our services, you agree to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
