2. BOOKING & PAYMENTS
• A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your event date.
• Full payment must be completed according to the agreed payment schedule.
• Services will not be rendered until required payments are received.

3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients agree to:
• Provide accurate and complete event information
• Respond to communications in a timely manner
• Make decisions and approvals by agreed deadlines
Delays caused by lack of communication may impact event outcomes.

4. CHANGES TO EVENTS
Any changes to event details (date, time, location, scope) must be communicated in writing. Changes may result in additional fees depending on availability and vendor requirements.

5. THIRD-PARTY VENDORS
LLEYS EVENT’S PLANNER may recommend or coordinate with third-party vendors. We are not responsible for the actions, services, or performance of these vendors. Vendor contracts are between the client and the vendor.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
LLEYS EVENT’S PLANNER is not liable for:
• Acts of God, weather conditions, or emergencies
• Vendor cancellations or failures
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services.
